1. What Rebatify is

Rebatify is an information site that aggregates publicly announced sign-up promotions, trading-fee cashback offers, and event listings from third-party crypto exchanges. Some links are affiliate / referral links: when you sign up on the exchange through us, the exchange shares a portion of the trading fees you generate with us, and we share most of that back with you as cashback.

We do not custody funds, execute trades, hold deposits, or operate any exchange ourselves. All trading happens on the exchange you sign up with, under their own terms.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing on the site — cashback figures, event payouts, ROI calculator outputs, or Shorts we publish — is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Numbers shown under the “Real ROI” tool are estimates based on publicly available terms at the time we published them; the actual amount you receive depends on the exchange’s own conditions and your own trading.

Crypto trading carries the risk of total loss. Use it only with money you can afford to lose.

3. Eligibility

You may use Rebatify only if you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the exchanges we link to, and only if doing so does not violate the laws applicable to you or the exchange’s own user agreement. If an exchange restricts service in your country, our referral does not grant you any exemption.

4. How referral attribution works

• Click the exchange link on Rebatify and complete the sign-up on the exchange in the same browser session, without switching to a different referral mid-flow.
• Register the UID you received on that exchange back to us (through the membership UID form). Some exchanges only show the new account against our referral after a verification cycle — this is normal.
• Cashback rates and sign-up bonuses are exactly what the exchange currently publishes for our partnership. If they change the terms, our published numbers will follow within one rebuild cycle (typically 10 minutes).

5. Cashback delivery

Cashback is paid out of the share the exchange settles to us. Settlement frequency, payout currency, minimum thresholds, and proof-of-trade requirements differ by exchange — check the individual exchange card and the membership area for the current schedule. We pay cashback only against UIDs you have registered with us before the trading period in question.

If an exchange clawbacks or zero-rates a settlement we received from them — for example because of self-trade, wash-trade, abuse, or KYC failure on your side — we pass that adjustment through to your cashback.

6. Your account on Rebatify

You are responsible for the security of the Telegram account you use to sign in and for any UID you register with us. Do not register a UID that does not belong to you. We may suspend accounts that are clearly using multiple Telegram identities to multiply a one-time bonus, or that show patterns matching the exchange’s definition of self-trade abuse.

7. Membership perks

The “Rebatify Member” role on Discord (granted after you complete Telegram sign-in + Discord linking + one UID registration) gives you access to member-only channels and announcements. The perks are free; we may add, remove, or change them. If we materially reduce them we will post a note in the announcements channel before doing so.

8. Acceptable use

• No scraping of member data or aggregate analytics.
• No impersonating Rebatify, the operator, or our admins.
• No re-distributing our referral links wrapped under your own ID. The cashback advantage exists because the exchange pays us; routing through your own ID breaks the attribution we use to settle your cashback.

9. Content & accuracy

We pull exchange terms from each exchange’s own announcements, our partnership agreement, and operator experience. We make best efforts to keep figures accurate and update the site every 10 minutes, but the source of truth is the exchange itself. If a number on Rebatify disagrees with what the exchange shows in your account, the exchange wins — ping us and we’ll fix our copy.

10. No warranty

Rebatify is provided “as is”. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific exchange offer remains available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top will reflect the latest version. Material changes will be announced in the Telegram event channel.
